GENERAL
there are meanly 2 apps to trade for tokens on the Shido Meannet
- Shido DEX developped by the Shido team and to find on https://app.shido.io/
- Bubble Swap developped by MavNode Labs and to find at https://bubbleswap.io
Through Shido DEX: Send for example USDC to Metamask (via ETH, Base or Arb) then use the gateway and buy Shido on Dex with those USDC (Shido). Don ‘t forget to add Shido Meannet to Metamask
Be aware you need first to buy Shido (Native)
Shido started as a token on the Ethereum network (Layer 2).
The contract number on ETH is : 0xe2512A2f19F0388aD3D7A5263eaA82AcD564827b
You need this contract number to import Shido as a custom token in some wallets
Since early 2024 the team launched a native coin on its own network (Layer 1)
The total (token + coin) is about 18.000.000.000
Every time tokens are bridged to native, the tokens on ETH side are burned to keep the total in balance
